Today I started my sponsored swim to help those with spinal core injuries. I'm swimming the equivalent of the English Channel, 22 miles. Please help me:

    WOW!!! That is a huge challenge and I hope you do well with that! I love the water... I'm not a great swimmer... but that sounds fantastic!

    Thanks, really enjoying the challenge. I hadn't swam for years when I signed up for it but I'm getting better. Great motivation!
