WEEKEND CHALLENGE 9/15 & 9/16

This challenge is going to be fun! We need lots of participants!!

Heres what will happen:

-I will write a list of exercises for someone to do. If you like the list or think it will challenge you then hit the "quote" button at the bottom of the post and say ACCEPT!
-Then you will write, in the same post, a small list for someone else to accept.
-Only one person per list, multiple people can not do the same ones
-You must also state how long it takes you to complete the list
-Be creative and fun!



My list for someone to accept:
-50 squats
-50 lunges
-50 jumping jacks
-50 push ups (modified is ok!)

    30 Pendulum Lunges (alternating forward lunge then backward lunge) Right Leg
    30 Pendulum Lunges (alternating forward then backward) Left Leg
    50 Crunches
    100 Alternating Punches (punching out in front of you)
    20 Supermans (laying on your stomach lifting arms & legs at same time)
