            I had 8 8oz glasses of water today, not as much water as I needed considering I'm sick. I also didn't get any sit-ups in because I'm still super sore from doing kickboxing, abs & more, and then zumba classes on tuesday night. Tomorrow hopefully I'll have my energy back0

            I like your thinking on counting "every sip". Wasn't even thinking about that 10 oz cup of coffee I make every morning nor all the herbal tea I drink in the evening. I drink much more than I realize. I'm up for this challenge and the mini challenge. I took up running 2 yrs ago, lost 50 lbs but still have 40 lbs to go and this is the kick in the pants I needed.
 Sept 12 - 15 glasses of water - 5 sit ups (starting out slow but at least I'm starting ha)

            Had about 100oz of water and did 30 crunches after doing level 2 of the 30 day shred....it took some effort doing the crunches but I did it!

 today I did day 1 level 3 of the 30ds and no extra situps.....it was laziness on my part.lol. so far today have had about 70oz of water and know I'll have more before I go to bed.0

 Kept forgetting about those situps. So today did 10. And will do 15 tomorrow, 20 on Tuesday since I've been a slacker.
 I'm feeling good today tho. Reached a personal goal. After several months off from running I've been running 30 min and the goal was to increase the distance in that 30 min. I started out at 1.75 miles in 30 min and today I hit my first goal of doing 2 miles within that 30 min. I lost 50 lbs the past 2 yrs and have kept it off due to running. Now it is time to kick it in the pants to lose the next 40lbs. That is why I joined Fitness Pal and this challenge.0
