I just joined the 3 lb challenge. When did it start and when will it end. I haven't been on mfpals for awhile and need to get back on track.

    3 lb. in a month challenge began early September and will end the end of Sept. People check in their progress on a monday or Tuesday. Welcome.

    Yep, we are very flexable, well my body sometimes isen't so flexable but my mind sure is. LOL
