New Month, New Challenge.. Hello September!!

Well, I just tracked my loss for August. I was down 6.2 lbs which is a loss, yet I know I can do better. I am going to set a goal to beat my 6.2 lbs for August and am going to aim for 8 lbs lost for September.
So even though I weighed in yesterday, since we are a new month and I am starting fresh.
September 1: 191.6
September 8: Goal 189.6
September 15: Goal 187.6
September 22: Goal 185.6
September 29/30: 183.6

i finish th 30days shred like 3days agoe and my dad was like "you know Hanna, you don't eat like you're on a deit no more" and it true!!!!!!!!!
i am thinking about mybe doing 6week six pack (not that i want a six pack but i want to get rid of the rest of my belly fat after the shred i lost 1in around my waste!)
and now its time for a new work out i know im not there yet to my weight goal but i want to not go back into old habbits! and jest be like oh i will start 2maro. no! i need a new work out so i can gain more calories and not loose them.0 -
