I sincerely apologize for not being on here. I haven't been on much, but I'm back!!! Hope everyone is doing great and making progress.

    have found that I caaaaan binge eat sugar free jelly without the calorific consequence of a usual binge. It's been so comforting if the urge to binge is overwhelming. hope this may help?
