I have been too busy with work and school this weekend to post all my stats but here they are loves!
Wed 8/12 =17 cups of water : 20 sit ups
Thurs 8/13 = 22 cups of water : 80 crunches
Fri 8/14 = 16 cups of water : 20 sit ups
Sat 8/15 = 11 cups of water : off day
Sun 8/16 = 18 cups of water : 10 sit ups
Mon 8/17 = 27 cups of water : 20 sit ups
Tues 8/18 =0 -
yest. 58oz of water and about 20 reg situps did a total of 80 different ab exercises0

My sit-ups for the first week
9/12 no sit-ups Wednesday's are really busy days
9/13. 15
9/14&9/15 no sit-ups
9/16. 30
9/17. 30
9/18. 45
I did four days of sit-ups. Better next round. I drink 8-11 glasses of water a day. I do keep track of it in my food log.
This week I lost 3 pounds. WOW!! :happy:0 -
