Welcome to our WEEK 1 WEIGH IN!!!! It is time to get on those scales and see where we are at! All Teams will be posting their weigh ins on the same thread. The format is as follows:
PW (previous weight ....in this case it would be the Starting Weight):
CW (current weight):
Please remember a few things:
- After you have posted your weight, please double check to make sure that it actually did post.
- Make sure the numbers are correct.
- Make sure you only weigh in once.
Good Luck to everyone!!!! I will be posting the results on Friday!!!!

Not a great start... I am sorry Team 3...:embarassed:
What I am proud of: Logging on and logging my food every day
What I am not proud of: Last weekends b-day binge which put me up on the scales by Monday and then spending the rest of the week just trying to get back to where I started.
What I am going to change this week: Getting through the weekend strong and trying to fit at least a little exercise in everyday.

We're on vacation and I made sure we were staying at a place that had a fitness room, so I could weigh in. We just checked in and I hit the fitness room and guess what? No scale. Every other place, we've stayed always had a scale. So frustrating. What do I do now? Sorry Team 1.0
