I am down 1.4 since last Friday! And I'm ecstatic! I have been on MFP for over a year! And have only managed to lose 3 pounds and gain it all back. I can honestly say that having more pals and the support you all provide is giving me the motivation I need to push forward and HOLD MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE!!!
So for that... THANK YOU PALS!!! Your support & motivation means the world to me!

I didn't record my weight from last week because it was the same as the week before but I am down 1.7!!!0

I am down 1lb since weighing in on 14 Sep. This makes me happy because I am finally out of the 200 pound category! I am down total 5lbs since starting MFP back in August. Here's to losing more pounds and reaching my goal weight!!! :happy: :happy:0

That's awesome that you maintained! If you are trying to lose though and def want to see a change next week, maybe you could try setting a mini goal for yourself. Like for myself, last week i said i was going to be down 5 lbs by 9/28/12. I still have 3.4 to lose in a week but it may be doable. i'm going to push myself to get there for sure!
