Hi everyone,
I am a mum of 2 looking to seriously get to my goal weight. I love playing tennis, swimming, pilates, zumba and spinning. I use a rotation of these for exercise. My problem is basically I love food! Very very good at under-estimating my calories LOL. So MFP has been quite useful in curbing some of my food cheating!
