    Managed to get a 24.5km/15.2mi ride in today. Total now standing at 167.1km/103.8mi (55.7%)

    Today's ride was 50.2km/31.2mi. Now total is 217.3km/135mi (72.4%).

    As of Sep. 15 (13 miles down.... 37 to go)

    Tues 9/18: Ran 2 miles and walked 1.5 miles (16.5 down.... 33.5 miles to go!!)

    If I am able to move up to running 3 miles by net week then i will definitely meet goal so help push me there!! Please feel free to keep me on check lol!

    Anyone having difficulty getting the miles in? For me, have found planning my exercise time a few days ahead and putting it my diary has helped me keep to a regular exercise program. Believe that's why I've managed to make good progress towards my target. Think creating a plan and writing it down helps you to keep focused on your goal, and leaves it less to chance.

    Im having a hard time but that is just because I slacked last week! I am planning ahead now so lets see what i can do by the end of the month!

    I have to share with you all that when I started on this journey I could not run half a block without feeling I was going to pass out! TODAY I ran 3MILES at a 10min/ mile speed and only had to take a 10 second brake at the 3 mile!!!!! I am so excited about this and i guess you can call that an NSV!!!!

    Some great results posted there ladies (hope nobody takes exception to me collectively calling you ladies). Particularly raqufern and the marked improvement on your running. Especially as I'm happy enough to get on my bike and ride for miles, but would find it hard to run across the road. Running's not for me.

    Late ride today to get the miles in, otherwise I was assured of missing my target. Managed 31.0km/19.3mi, taking my total to 272.8km/169.5mi (90.9%).

    Will have to squeeze a ride in tomorrow morning before I depart on holiday, so think I'll be setting the alarm a little earlier than usual.

    Well I managed to get up early enough to get a ride in, and thankfully managed to ride 28.7km/17.8mi. Didn't realise I was cutting it so fine. Total for the month is 301.5km/187.3mi (100.5%).

    And with that I can depart on holiday guilt free. Thanks SGRHO23 for setting up this group, it's been a great help in motivating me to get on and do some exercise.

    Will catch up with you all upon my return in early October, when I hope to see others have made, or bettered, their goal. All the best and keep doing those miles.
