Fast food is my biggest enemy. I eat it everyday. This challenge is perfect. Its the exact motivation I needed.

i had mcdonalds yesterday, but then i was in london, and its the first fast food in about a week and a half. even then i had a chicken and bacon wrap and only ate half the regular fries and had water instead of coke0

I'm currently on my own challenge of no fast food for a month. I'm about 2 weeks in. My BFF owns a gas station and makes me food sometimes, so I guess that's somewhat fast food but I hardly let him lately and usually only have him make me a grilled chicken sandwich. Good luck everyone! We can do this!!0
