where is everyone, and how are you going?

Hi usually each week there's a new topic, but there doesn't seemt o have been one for alst week and it was looking the same for this week, so I figured I'd step up, hoping no one minds, to see if I can get everyone talking again. Yes I miss you guys, you keep me motivated, and I really need that right now.
I went to Sydney and put on 5lbs, this week I lost 3 of those 5, so I'm pretty stoked, but I still want to make the 10lbs for this rounds goal. So my goal for this week is to keep on improving my diet, exercie doesn't seem to be a big problem for me, as work provides a lot of it, and my toddler , hubby and and animals the rest.
Hope everyone has had a good weeek

You are doing so well. A little gain on holiday is not a big deal. My weight loss has come to a complete standstill. I haven't lost a thing since starting person training almost a month ago. I know maybe building muscle... but I think I keep sabotaging myself lately, need to get back on track!0

A gain on vacation usually means you had a good time, I'm sure you did. Nice to see it's coming right back off. I' was kinda stalled for a while and then had a family emergency and had to go out of town last week. Needless to say it involved some stress eating and change of exercise habits. Getting back in the swing of things this week though and hope to lose some if not all of it this week. I'm feeling positive and looking forward to working hard toward my weight loss goals.0

I have lost 4 pounds since round 3 started and 9 since coming back from Hawaii on Aug 14. i raised my daily calories and it helped. hope everyone is doing good0

You're doing well you're keeping the weight off that you had lost, that's pretty impressive in itself.0 -
Thank you for starting this thread, I also miss everyone and the motivation I get from you all. For the last 2 and a half weeks I have been sidelined with a gallstone attack and subsequent gallbladder surgery. Down side is that I cannot exercise and have been a bit depressed over the whole thing, the up side is that since I spent 2 weeks barely eating I have lost several pounds. I am out of the 180's and am officially at my lowest weight in 15 yrs so I guess I shouldn't be too depressed. I'm just in a lot of pain and I am not used to being stuck home sitting on my butt being useless.
I just have to be careful not to gain the weight back now that I am eating normally again.

I have hit a plateau. Not going down but not going up either.I have noticed,: though that some of my clothing fits better.0
