I wanted to know what are some ways that everyone exercises at home?
I stay home with my 21 month old and 2 month old and its hard to get out sometimes. I would love to hear about ways to squeeze in some exercises in between everyhting else thats going on.

I am doing the 30 day shred. You can get the videos for free on youtube. All you need is some weights. I got mine for under $20 at amazon.0

I also use dvds to work out at home. I usually have to wake up before my 20 month old and 2 month old do to do my workouts. If i don't its a little difficult to work out without any interruptions.0

I was gonna say 30 day shred, too. I have a dozen DVDs but that's the only one that I ever end up doing, because it's a quick 20 or so minutes when the kids are napping. Then I nap until they wake up hehe0

another vote for the 30 day shred. i love that dvd, the results are amazing. Its hard at first but stick with it, I am now on my 2nd round of it using heavier weights.0
