Okay so far so good. I met my goal weight for this week. But it was a hard week. I was really hungry and I didnt want to work out, but I thought about the Summer Slimdown and ran my butt off on the treadmill!!! Good luck to everyone ...Until next week:-)))

Didn't quite meet my goal wt of 206lb this week, actual wt 206.4lb. This weeks been hard, I've stuck to my calorie goal and exercised but wt loss seems to have slowed.
Next weeks goal 205.4lb, hopefully I can shift 1lb.0 -
