Hey all I am Chrissy (Chrise2).

I want to lose at least 10-15 pounds by the end of the year. I have lost about 25 since last Nov and want to lose a total of 30 more by June 2013. Does that sound doable? I will be doing a variety of exercises from circuit training, ballet, running and HIIT exercises. I will be trying to keep my calories between 1200-1500. We can do this ladies!!:wink:

    Hi, would like to join you all, I see you are all serious, which is great encouragement for me. I want to lose 56lbs by summer next year. My goal is to lose at least 28lbs by new years eve. |I have lost 28lbs in 3 months before, unfortunately gained it all back due to various reasons. I am back on with a vengance. :wink:
