This was a very emotional week for me starting with a horrible nervous breakdown. As much as I am against meds I am taking some and hoping it helps. I know I said I was going to start an weight chart and I apologize for not getting to it yet.
"I haven't been on since the 18th and I'm confused by the thing about the private group. How do I get in the private group? I would like to join it." ONEBLUESOCK >> You are already in the group if you can make posts. I haven't made it private yet and when I do I will not be deleting people.0 -
Weighed in on Saturday/Sunday and not happy... absolutely no progress... oh well, it was right before ovulation and i usually stall or gain that week so i guess i should be happy it didn't go up. If i don't lose 1.2 at the next weigh in, will need to revise my goals a little. but that's ok. I understand this takes time and I'm willing to do what I need to do to reach my goal.

Lost my beloved grandfather this week, it's been a struggle, but I'm attempting to stick with the program in the upcoming weeks. Also I get married in 23 days, wedding stress is threatening my eating and work-outs, but I'm pushing through it. Hope to have a better report and better results in the next couple weeks. Good luck everyone!0 -
I have decided to measure myself today. I feel like I am active but the food/beer continues to be an issue. My weight does not seem to be changing much so I'm hoping my body is and by seeing a change in measurements each month I will have something to stay focused on0
