I'm at the beginning of week 7. I haven't lost a single pound BUT I feel stronger and I start losing centimeters around my belly. Ly legs are getting smaller and they've got a nice muscular definition.
People are asking me if I lost weight so, even though I haven't at all, I feel I've improved. It's still a loooong way to go but I'm gonna try my hardest! (well...I need to improve my eating habits....)
How do u feel? Do u like it? Have u seen any improvement?0 -
I love it yes I see huge improvements in my hips thighs and belly and endurance

I am doing it all alone because in Italy they don't sell or ship beachbody products and I can't even join the website 4 support! It took me a while to get my hands on the turbo fire program (ebay...)
I also bought Chalene's Push book but none of my friends are interested in this stuff...0 -
I'm on week 6 now, and like you I haven't lost a single pound yet. However, I have been tracking my measurements, and I have lost inches. Like you, I also feel a lot stronger. My arm and legs definitely look more muscular. I figure that since 1 lb of muscle takes up a smaller amount of space than 1 lb of fat, it probably means that we're just gaining 1lb of muscle per lb of fat lost. I can live with that0

I'm on week 9 and have lost about 6 pounds since starting the program. I wasn't eating enough for a week or two, so I stalled, but upping my calories started the scale moving again.
I've also gone down a pants size and lost several inches.0 -

wow that thing about eating more and lose weight comes as a surprise 4 me!
Actually MFP says that I don't eat enought calories but I'm not hungry at all: I eat all the time. I just started eating healthy so instead of a mushroom bruschetta...I eat a baby spinach salad, instead of bringing cookies at work, I bring some fruit...
Yeah I'm no saint: during the weekend I'm terrible!
I'm just trying to convince myself that I'm losing fat but gaining muscles otherwise I get discoraged!0 -
I am only on week 5, and only lost 2 pounds. However, my body fat dropped 2% and muscle went up 1%. I am on 1700-1800 calories a day. Love my NEW active life style!!0
