Hiya
I am still trying to follow SW plan and using MFP. Any tips on how I adapt the food logs to be like SW at all? Plus if I log a lot of the free foods on SW I can go over my calorie allowance for the day :-( any ideas would be appreciated greatly x

Hi!
Firstly, I changed my calorie goal to maintenance, that took me up to over 1700 calories and I don't seem to go over that. Because you can eat as much as you like, how many calories we are eating is not as much of a big deal anymore.
In regards to your diary on here, you could split your sections into Free Food, Superfree food & then Syns. So scrap your 1st, 2nd & 3rd meal categories and change them to that if it will make it easier for you

I'm joining sw on tues and I've set my target on here to maintain and it's given me over 1700 calories a day.
Once I've seen how mny cals I roughly use a day I might amend it x0 -
