Hi everyone. Rough weekend getting over this yuck that I have. Still taking it easy. I am going to redo week 8 since I only worked out half the week last week. I didn't get though the whole workout today either my stomach started hurting so I just stopped. I got 35 min done though! =) Oh I also got rid of my scale. I was reading a blog post and realized that I was letting the number in a plastic box get me down. I haven't seen the number change much over the past 6 weeks and I was honestly getting pretty discouraged. I was being stupid because I do see progress. I feel healthy. My stomach is smaller I lost a pants size and I see and feel my thighs are much smaller. Who cares about a number? I don't anymore! I am just going to eat right and exercise and whatever I weigh I don't care as long as I feel better.

    Amen to the scale comment!! I've dropped a whole pant size and I still haven't lost a pound. I think maybe my body is building muscle while I'm losing fat. Since muscle weighs more than fat, it looks like I'm not losing any weight on the scale.

    Hi Everyone!! So happy to see that you all are sticking with the program even if life and ickyness get in the way! It sure has with me! I am feeling better and starting over. However, I am also starting to train for a 10K in November and will be doing some runs instead of TF.. but, I loooove TF so much I will still push play on my non-run days! Keep up the great work!

    Oh my gosh! We are getting a new instructor at the club that I work at and she is Turbo Kick certified! I took her class tonight and it was just like being inside a TF video! All of Chalene's signature moves, including the twist! IT WAS SO MUCH FUN. Just had to share.:-)

    Whoot That's awesome Mammacano! I would totally do Turbo kick live if I had a gym membership. It is just so much fun you hardly notice you are working out until it's almost time to quit.

    I had to take my DOR yesterday. Had too much going on and I didn't think I could get in a workout at night I was exhausted. lol

    Did Fire 30 today. I can totally feel that I am getting over the flu still but I made it all the way through. YAY. I didn't do the stretch afterwards. I just wanted to take a nap. Although I can't so took a shower instead and now eating some lunch. =D

    Found out yesterday that my hubby is taking me to a couple's retreat this weekend =) That's awesome, but is going to mess up 3 days of my week 6. I'll probably end up doing week 6 over again next week.

    Hello ladies, I did Fire 45 this morning. I am glad to see all of us muscling through! With illness, with work, school and everything life brings our way. We are still working out. Even if we have to switch things up, we are focused on getting fit. Hearing from you all and knowing that I have a great Turbo Team here surely helps. I wish everyone a great day and upcoming weekend. My husband and I have to attend a weeding this weekend, I hope the food is not TOO good so I don't over indulge! I will make sure I push play the entire weekend!

    I made it through fire 55! Yay! I was just going to do half and then finish dinner,8 buy I ended up doing the whole thing. I swear knowing that its 55 min. Intimidates me. The last couple of times it has been on my schedule I have done fire 45 instead. I'm going to push through because I think it shows its face again soon. It's probably my least favorite one. On another note, I've got to take my 30 day progress pic! It will actually be a 6 week progress pic. I'm not seeing the numbers on the scale move much, but I'm losing lots of inches:-)

    Fire 55 is my least favorite, too. The first finale with the fast punches I ALWAYS mess up. I'm just not that speedy yet, I guess >,<

    Everyone is doing great! I think I forgot to put my exercise in yesterday I did push 2 and today I did fire 45 EZ.i like Fire 55 lol my least fav is the yoga. I did yoga for 7 years and I just don't want to do it anymore. I just do stretches on my own. I know it's good for you and some of the poses I still do because they just feel really good but as for the sun salutation no thanks lol. I don't like the up and down get back up get back down. I never have liked it. It's just the way my body is. I get stuck. If I am up I want to stay up. If I am down that is where my body wants to stay. Lol

    Hey ladies! I did the fire 30 and sculpt 30. Headed to the wedding. I feel so energized . I am sure I will burn more calories dancing at the reception! Lol.

    Hi Everyone! Had a great and busy weekend. I did Fire 45 Sat and Sunday I took a day of rest. I just couldn't workout. I had a headache and was super sore. I just felt my body saying PLEASE TAKE A BREAK! So I listened. =D
