i notice that no one is on the boards anymore to encourage people anymore, no trying to burn 3500 calories a week. School started, most vacations are over. lets all step it up a little more for the next couple weeks. lets not go over your calories, drink lots of water and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. lets do this we only have 10 more days left in round 3 so lets make a push and work hard to lose some of the extra weight we want to lose. LETS DO THIS!!!

I'm going to do my best now that I can actually start working out again. 3 weeks of no exercise sucked, but then again I had 2 weeks with nothing but fat free liquid diet so it kind of evened out. I can only walk on the treadmill but I am going to push as much as I can without hurting myself and watch my calories. I kind of went a little crazy this week with the food but I was just so glad to actually eat again that I didn't think I was going to stop.
So come on everyone, let's rock it these last 10 days!!0 -
