I totally forgot about this forum, when I started it I weighed 159.2 and today I am 155. My ultimate goal for JUNE 2013 is to weigh 142. I have noticed that when I forget to log in, it's harder to lose the weight. I may have a bad day or a bad weekend where I have less discipline and that is depressing, the guilt. However I am happy to report that I am back on track today the first day of October. My goal for this Saturday is to be 154. I am trying to keep it realistic.0
