I finished the September challenge today. I lost 4.8 pounds. Not as much as I'd hoped for but still feeling good about the almost 5 pound loss. So I'll use my September ending weight as my October starting weight but I like weighing in on Saturdays so this will be a one day short week for me.
Oct Starting weight: 179.4
End of October Goal weight: 173.4

August and September had me humble maintaining weight. Also some yo-yo weighins with fluid retention and stress factor triggers. Hopefully, now that my PT is done for my ankle I can get into a faster gear. No excuses for me--Keep me in check.
