I ate pretty good this week, didnt really do a great job as i want to in exercise, i did go on a couple walks this week and yesterday i went on a 5 mile walk. today i weigh myself and stayed the same as last sunday and only lost 4 pounds this round. it would be nice to give a push and lose 1-2 pounds this week to lose 5-6 pounds for the challenge. Where are you guys at this week?

I actually gained .2 lbs this week, but I expected to gain more since it was my first week of being able to eat without being sick or in pain, so I kind of indulged. Back on track tomorrow! I definitely am not going to hit the 10lb lost mark but lost 6lb and still have 1 more week so I'm happy :D

I lost just over a ound tis week, which I'm quite happy with considering how much I ate yesterday, that's the problem with me, when I don't know when my next lot of food is coming and I don't have enough time to pack soemthing, I eat and I eat when I can to make myself full. Started the 30day shred dvd and I know I've put on muscle too, I can feel it and I went from not being able to use weights up to 2lbs ones, so I am really happyw tiht hat , especially when it's less than a week since I started. Hoping for a better week next week, but I'm happy with where I am at too

Hoping everyone is doing well or atleast happy with where they are too.

I lost 3 pounds this week, making 9 for round 3. This is not reflective of 1 week, the two before were no losses and this week was not much different I just néed to remember not to be discouraged when my scale is catching up to my good habits. Good luck, to all, Janet
