Quick question: would you move on to level 2 even if you could not do proper pushups??
or would you stay with level 1 until you could??
It is really the only thing holding me back...bad upper body strength and weak wrists!!
What would you do???

  • If u have done 10 days straight on level 1, I would move up to level 2. A lot of people can't do "man" style push-ups.

I would move on. Your body likes to stay challenged and going to Level 2 will make your body work harder.

I would also move on. Push ups it pretty much the only thing I am still doing at a "beginner" level, and I'll still move on. (I'm on day 7). Honestly, I think if I did regular push ups, I might be able to do 2 or 3... but if I do "girl" push ups, I can do 10 or 15 so I'd rather do more, even if their are easier.

I would move on. I'm sure I could do Level 1 for months and still find ways to improve. 10 days is plenty for Level 1.

I agree with moving on, but I'd also like to suggest a bit of pilates for your arms... You could do a session in person, but there is actually a really great vid (Pick Your Level Pilates) that I used to see if I liked pilates... after just a couple days on it, I was able to do pushups for the first time in my life. They took it off Netflix but I found it at http://video.yandex.ru/users/olesya-vladimirowna/view/238/?cauthor=malyshevaev426&cid=6# the site didn't send off any red flags with my antivirus :)
