    As you can see I lost a pound, but my measurements from last week were as follows with a 3.25 inch loss overall for the week.
    Previous will be on left, current on right. I know that this isn't required but I wanted to list them. I usually weigh and measure every Sunday or Monday.

    Neck 18.0 to 17.5 Bust 46.5 to 46.0 Waist 46.75 to 45.25 Hips 44.75 to 44.5 Thighs 26.0 to 25.75 Calves 16 to 15.5

    This makes my overall total since starting 16.5 inches.
    I did have a couple of days where my blood sugar was a little low and had to snack a little more than normal, but still lost a pound so I am happy.

    I didn't lose anything, but my weighin day is Friday. as of this morning the scale said down 1.2 lbs, so we'll see how this Friday looks.

    I think I gained some weight this week - been eating and exercising a bit more. Need to stop eating back exercise calories.

    My first weigh in tomorrow...hope I have lost something, I know I have eaten better than I have in a while and certainly done more exercise last week than I have in the past 11 months!:wink:

    No change this week! Maybe after my Dr's visit, I will know why. Gonna press forward this week though :) Positive thoughts, positive outlook, positive results :)

    I gained .4 pounds this past week. I am mainly focusing on my eating habits this week. We are going to probably be able to move into our new house at the end of the week, and then hopefully I will be able to hit the exercise hard.

    Yay!!! 2 pounds down this week!!! I have been hitting the weights and feeling great. It is nice to see the weight down a bit though too. 4 weeks today is my anniversary and I wouldn't mind seeing a bit of change in my body shape by then.

    As you can see I gained back 1.6 lbs. I am not disappointed in myself because I know what I ate, it was a bad week for me. I did stick to the protein smoothies for dinner but i had A LOT and I mean A LOT of chocolate over the course of the last week, lol. Gotta love being a women sometimes....This week I have added lemon to my water and it is helping me drink way more water during the day. I have not done my smoothies for dinner the last 2 nights because I have had something going on both nights after the gym that hasnt allowed me to come home and make a smoothie. I did choose good meal options for those nights though. Lately my struggle has been that I eat something salty and then I need to eat something sweet to counter act it. I am not sure how to break that habit....here is to a new week and a restart!
