Is BBL difficult enough?

I've done Insanity and I'm finishing TurboFire in a few weeks; I'd LOVE to tone my booty even more, but I need to ask my MFP friends for some opinions... Is the Brazil Butt Lift workout difficult enough after these two programs in your opinion? Or should I do a hybrid of BBL with another difficult program?

I haven't done Insanity, but I did do ChaLean Extreme and then moved on to BBL. He does light weight high reps in some of the DVD's.

If you are ordering, splurge on the "Deluxe" set. I have to say by the end of the 6th week I was pretty bored with the same old videos. The Deluxe has Abs Rapido and 2 other mix it ups that help keep things interesting.

    My butt DID change.

I'm not sure if you'll think it's difficult - but your butt will feel it. And Leandro is hilarious with his accent.

BBL is a different kind of workout. It focuses on one particular part (well that is the main focus). I have done TF/CLX and BBL and they are each different so I wouldn't try comparing apples and oranges but it does do wonders for your boo-tay if you stay committed.

  • No it will not be enough after those two programs. I did the same as you Insanity first 2rounds and then Turbo now that is my main program and I got BBL and I incorporate it will my Turbo Fire. It definitely works those butt muscles, but it wasn't enough exercise wise for me. Good luck!!
