I have yoga tonight and running tomorrow, so I am starting on Thursday. This morning I recorded my starting statistics, though. And tonight I am going to take a "before" picture in a bikini. I'm looking forward to comparing with the "after" at the end of the month.
CW: 63.3 kg
GW: 60.0 kg
I'd also like to lose an inch or two off of my waist, hips, and belly. I keep track of my belly measurement, since I tend to have this 3 months pregnant look going at most times. It's pretty awesome considering I have never been pregnant. ha ha, sarcasm.
What are your starting stats? Where do you hope to be at the end of the month?

I started yesterday but didn't weigh in until today.

I plan on getting back into running, yoga, and sticking on track with the 30 days of videos! With 3 young kids at home it is sometimes hard to find the energy at then end of the day, but I am determined this time to do it! I would really LOVE to lose my post baby belly flab. At the end of the month I would like to be down at least 10 lbs and lose some inches and gain lean muscle! I have a before pic, and will post it once I have my after!0
