Hey team! I just want to know what your goals are for October. Are you with me? Great then lets set it!
My goals for Oct.
1 - Be able to do 20 push ups. I'm up to 17 right now.
2 - Lose 5lbs and or inches.
3 - Eat a little better. Always room for improvement
4 - To meet my Calorie goal at least 10 times this month LOL. For those of you who don't know what my calorie goal is it's 1400 or 1410 something like that and I only met it like once or twice last month so yeah working on it.
Well those are my goals how about you?

This is good. My goals for October are:
1. Drink 48oz of water every Saturday & Sunday in October (some weekends I’m doing good if I get 8oz in)
2. Have a no carb (or as close as I can get) day once a week
3. Walk to/from Wal-Mart once a week without nearly passing out (it’s a short walk but uphill on the way home)
4. NO TWIZZLERS AT ALL!!! -- this is huge since I LOVE twizzlers0 -
My goals for October are to:
1: Eat 1300-1500 cals.
2: make it out of 190's
3: Drink 64oz of water everyday (I've really been slacking on this)0
