Exciting =]
I tried a squat challenge in September from Tumblr, but I only got about a third of the way through..
This time I will try much harder. That's 200 squats a day, but of course I'll be dividing it up into smaller, manageable goes.
Made a ticker too, so hopefully will be more incentive to stick at it this time.

Up to 250 now.
I'm gunna try a few variations too, adding some plie (sumo) squats and I love pulses when I squat cuz I can really feel it even more in my legs =]0 -

I got 100 in AM and will do a 100 in PM.. I'm going to try to break it up this way. I won't count the BB Squats I do regularly just BW stuff...0
