Great losses last week by the looks of it :) How are you all getting on in week 2?

I had a cheeky weigh in this morning after my weekend away (didn't eat as bad/much as I thought, mostly drank :/
And I've lost 2.5 pounds since Thurs?! Hopefully it'll stay off lol.. I'm extra motivated now.. :)

I have lost 1 kg since yesterday so hopefully should be back where I started by Friday

Had my first gym day yesterday with an hour on the cross trainer, quite tired today but will be doing an hour on the rowing machine tonight :smokin:

Missed making the gym yesterday and today, but we do have an elliptical trainer at home that I did 30 min. yesterday and today. Screwed up my diet this weekend but back on track now.

I love the variable cross trainers. I wish I could still use them, but my scaitica precludes it. Sadness.

I had a cheat day Saturday, but got right back on track. Did a lot of housework Sunday that kept me on my feet. Cleaned out my closet of all the "fat" clothes I can't wear anymore. Created 9 trash bags of clothes. I think I like clothes too much! LOL Monday I went to the gym and did an hour on the elliptical then a couple of machines for my butt (Hip Adductor & Hip Abductor). Last night I did water aerobics for an hour. This morning's scale showed a 1 lb loss since Saturday morning before the cheat day, so I'm happy!

Keep up the good work everyone!!

Good luck with your weigh ins tomorrow everyone! I've been moving house all week - eating's not been great and I haven't been to the gym once - not expecting a loss but crossing my fingers that with all those stairs, cleaning and lifting, I at least won't have gained!

Down 1.3lbs this week. Happy as just over 3lbs in 2 weeks. If I keep this rate up it will be great.

Started instanity last week so really starting to notice inches more than anything.

Very naughty week this week with lots of booze on Wednesday night so I've put a little back on. Still lost 1.6 pounds since we started so I'm still happy!

Lost 2.4 pounds this week, but had pub lunch of fish & chips with a pint of cider this lunchtime, which I suspect my walking round RHS gardens at Wisley will not have fully accounted for

Lost 1.5 lbs so total of 2 in two weeks. I guess I'm on track with the 1 lb per week focus, but I really want to lose 2 lbs per week. I'm happy with the loss!!
