Only 28 more to go. I think I am going to use Friday as my rest day and do a little extra on Saturday & Sunday!! Good luck everyone!

I am starting tomorrow. I figured out that 4 October can be my day 1 and I will still have 4 full week for the month. I know Monday this week will be my rest day.
I will let everyone know how it goes after Day 1.0 -
I forgot to post, I think I've changed my mind. I'm still doing this challenge but m-f only
tues and thurs are my legs/butt days from the Jillian Michaels dvds and then mon, wed, fri I'm doing her abs or I can't remember what it's called but it's a full body workout!
