Any slow runners want a workout buddy In Falls Church?

I run around a 10-11 minute mile and am looking for a buddy or buddies to run with, especially on the Washington & Old Dominion Trail--right now, I'm running about 3 + miles about 3 times a week.

    Falls Church is a little out of the way for me. I'm in Rockville, MD. I have been out on the Washington and Old Dominion to bike though, it is such a nice trail.

    I am 9 1/2-10 min mile pace. I am to the south of Falls Church but I would like to run the Mt Vernon trail on weekends though.
