How about including static lunges in your workout today or this weekend?! I did some yesterday and felt like My buttock was on the floor...it fell off! LOOOOOOL!!!!! Do 10-15 resp with 3 sets. Use weights or don't use your choice.

    Well (LOL), you got me sold. I totally want my butt to fall off or at list shrink in and lift up to be plump not hang low and wide. I will do my sets tonight for sure.

    I'm on it. I think I'll include a nice wobbly set on the bosu. lol. i could definitely use more practice on that thing.

    Phew, I'm glad I'm done!

    It was my first challenge and now I think I'm going to fall on the floor if I try to stand, lol. I did 3 sets of 12 on ech leg and my thighs/legs feel a little wobbly.
