I thought it would be fun to have a post of our goals!
My name is Felisha, I am 25 years old
I am 5'8"
My current weight is 189.8
My pre-pregnancy weight is 120
My first pregnancy ended me at 130
My second pregnancy ended me at 180
My third pregnancy ended me at 220
My first goal is to get under 180. I haven't seen 179 or below on the scale in over 5 and a half years.
My ultimate goal I think is to hit 150, but I will see what happens when I get there.

I want to lose 2lbs a week, meaning a calorie intake of 1200 a day and regular workouts!

Hi, I'm Rachel.
I'm huge. And have been a size 20 for about 7 years.
I'm 5'8
I weigh 265 now. (Lost 9 pounds since starting using myfitnesspal 2.5 weeks ago)
My pre pregnancy weight was 274.
I was at 274 when I got pregnant and worked really hard not to gain any weight.
I get a new laptop when I break the 200lb mark.
My ultimate goal is 170. And to stop shopping at Plus size stores.
If anyone has ever successfully lost a ton of weight I would love some tips!
I am also starting the Insanity workouts and jogging. I have signed up for my first 5k to do on Oct.13.0 -

Hey everyone,
I'm happy to be able to join your group, I really love Fitness Pal and would like to join a supportive group.
My third baby has just hit 3 months and I've lost the baby weight but need to shift the pounds I piled on before getting pregnant.
My ultimate goal is to get down to 130 lbs but I'd like to get to 140 before my 40th in February.
Posting my goals make it seem more real, lets hope by sharing it keeps me on track and away from the cookie jar!
So here goes;
I am 5'2"
My current weight is 162
My pre-pregnancy weight was 167 (last baby born June 28th)
With child #1 I hit 210 lbs, with child #2 I reached 190 lbs and with my 3rd child I was a little under 195 lbs. (all babies were around 8 lbs)
First goal: 140 by February
Final goal: 130
At Rachel, I think you're taking the best route to shifting the pounds; tracking what you eat, getting moving, posting on sites like these for support and signing up for 5K. I can't give you anymore advice but way to go on losing 9 lbs already!!!

Hey guys yay for weight loss support!
My goals and stats:
Name: Karli
Lets just say I'm 28
Starting weight 255
Current weight 243
Current goal under 200
In high school I thought being 170-180 was bad and then it just kept getting worse. I am no longer at my heaviest but am disappointed I've let myself go this bad. I'm done having children so I'm hoping I can turn myself around. My husband and I are doing this together so it's nice to have the home support. Though he's kind of a buzz kill because he's lost like 40+ lbs and I'm still stuck at only about 10 on a good day.
We've been calorie counting for about 100+ days and I've only been exercising for about half of that. I try to work out at least 5 times a week for about 15-20 min. The weight hasn't really shed off but I've seen inches lost like CRAZY!
Currently tracking:
Waist: -5 inches
Hips: -4 inches
Thighs: -5 inches
Obviously I've made a dent. Regardless of what my weight is saying. I wouldn't mind being back down to the 180-170 range as I really think I'm just built to be a bigger person. I've planned a trip to Hawaii so that's huge motivation but in all honesty my kids are my main motivation. I want to be healthy for them. I want them to not be part of the obese children epidemic. I want them to understand that eating right and exercising isn't a BAD thing, it can be fun. Though a lot of work for us right now.

Current weight- 185
Pre-preggers weight - 175
Weight before my first baby was 121
My goal weight is 140 - if I hit that then maybe 130
I'm going to the gym and trying to watch what I eat but I need to get more motivated!0
