I have a bridge piercing which I absolutely love! I've had it for 16 months with no signs of rejecting or migration. It does tend to get a few looks and seems to be a bit of a Marmite piercing; People either love it or hate it, and WILL tell you which!
One thing to bear in mind is that if you need to remove it in the future, the holes are quite obvious (just like any other piercing really) until they close up, but they are in a very blatant place.
It wasn't a painful one to have done either. If you decide to get one make sure that your piercer takes plenty of time getting it level. If they want to pierce you without you seeing the guide-dots, don't get it done.
