    Hi, I live near Newport, I just joined today. I need to lose 44 lbs. I lose and gain, lose and gain. Want to get to 115 once and for all. I am 4 feet 11 inches.

    I live in Eastern PA (Lehigh Valley, right on the NJ border) but my heart is in Central PA. I went to school in Gettysburg and visit often. I plan on moving there when I retire - I'm only 34 though so it's awhile off! For now, I can still dream! Feel free to add me.

    York here! Where do you all work out at? I walk/jog at John Rudy sometimes, and other times use the fitness trail around my parents house in Windsor. I am currently bursting with motivation, but I know that will subside in a couple of weeks, haha. Anyone looking for a walking buddy?

    Blair County, Altoona PA Here. If you want a nice state park to go hiking in during the late spring to late fall try Canoe Creek. It is a lovely beautiful place. I have hiked every trail in this park many of them combine a good combo of challenging and easy and there are bench's to rest on every few miles.
