TF/CLE Hybrid anyone?

I was doing the regular hybrid but not loving the results. So today I started the 12 week hybrid that Jenelle Summers started. I think I'm going to see some awesome results! Has anyone else started this?

    I haven't but I would like to do a hybrid with Turbofire to get some more toning in. Do you like Chalean Extreme with Turbofire? And did Jenelle post a hybrid workout calendar for it?

    I just started the original hybrid that comes in the book yesterday though I am changing up the first couple of weeks since it seems to be very light workouts. How long did you give it before deciding you didn't like the results?

    I'd have to look again, but I think the hybrid that comes with the book /dvds is a transition hybrid schedule to get you ready for one or the other program...not really intended as a full paced hybrid. I just created my own 5 day hybrid according to my goals and didn't even try that one.

    There is a 20 week schedule in the book and it incorporates both programs very well.

    I tried it for a couple weeks. Decided to do the whole CLE program first, and then I will go back to the Janelle Hybrid. I get up at 4:30--but need to be at work by 7 so I only have so much time to work out at that hour!

    I am going to finish up CLX in two weeks (hurray!) and am almost positively set on doing Janelle Summers's (Chalean's sister) hybrid of CLX and TF next. Anyone else starting up in October??

    I have done the CLX and TF hybrid. I did not like how it was set up. Basically do TF one week the CLX the next. I have not heard of the Janelle Summers one. I need to look that one up. How is it??

    From what I've heard, it's tougher than the hybrid on the TF brochures. But I really want to do TF, but want to continue with CLX as well, and a challenge sounded good to me! Hope to start soon (I'm on the last week of CLX!).

    I'm currently doing Jenelle's hybrid, it's more intense than the hybrid on the back of the TF book. So far I really like it but it does require more time -btw 50 to 70mins-. Anyways currently on my third week and seeing outstanding results in my arms and waist. I have a long way I'll post my results once I finish it.

    Hi y'all. I am finishing up week 5 of they hybrid that I found in the SuperGym, listed under Auto Schedule. Are any of you familiar? I guess it kinda sounds similar to the one in the back of the book b/c you do one week of CLX and one week of TF (for the most part, so far anyways). I'm liking it. I can really tell a difference in my waist and my arms and from the pictures, it looks like I'm shrinking! I'm excited!!! :) How are y'all doing on the program(s) today???

    I'm just finishing week 3 of Jenelle's hybrid. Still going strong! Sometimes it's a big time commitment, but I like having to push myself (like doing HIIT 15 after lifting...oy!). The TF videos are still relatively new to me, so it's been nice having those mixed in with CLX, which I just finished a round of before starting this hybrid.

    I love hearing how (and what) everyone is doing!

    Awesome! Good for you! I have looked at that hybrid. I think I will make up my own once I'm done with this one. This one has be going until February so I have some time yet. :)

    I'm doing Janelle's version and I love it. It was the first version I saw for the hybrid programs. I prefer the schedule she has set up to the 20 week one that comes with TF.
