    Finished out Level 1 hard today!! Feel so amazing for just completing Level 1 with no cheat days and just sticking strong to my goals!! Ready to make Level 2 just as amazing!!!

    Did last day of level 1 today. Took yesterday off I was so sore from working out with trainer(and doing shred) I couldn't even raise my arms but made sure to do it today - I think one day off a week is ok if needed:)

    Level 1 is out of the way at last! Level 2 here I come! I'm planning to double up whenever I have the energy so i can be on track with everyone before L3 starts.
