Best thing I can say is follow your doctors orders including the exercise part of things. They are the experts and do know best. And celebrate all the accomplishments, weight loss for sure, but smaller sizes, the ability to physically fit in a booth, the ability to do something you haven't done in a long time or ever because you were too big, etc. They are rewards in themselves and need to be acknowledged.
