Life Without Jazzercise??

I could not imagine it.... I started 5 years ago, in Dec '07. At the time I was a party-animal-between-colleges-no-real-direction-confused-about-the-rest-of-my-life, 21 year old....
I Googled "hobbies". I found tennis, stamp collecting, Jazzercise. Glad I went with Jazzercise.
I lost 17 pounds right away, doing Jazzercise made me want to eat better, and I just felt overall much healthier!! I became an instructor, and I can say that has got to be one of my best life decisions. This will be with me for the rest of my life and I am so happy for that.
Now I am 26, and I have noticed that people my age are starting to "get old".... What I mean is-- they are not physically active, and they are starting to feel it!! It is so much easier to "continue" being fit, rather than "get into it" or "get back into it" and break old, bad habits. It is so important to stretch, strengthen, and pump that heart!
I love Jazzercise! Just sayin'!

Agreed!! I started when I was 16 and have gone on and off ever since!! Even when I try other types of exercise, I always come back to Jazzercise! It is like home for me
They have asked me to be an instructor and I wish I could but I just can't commit to it with my work schedule0 -
That's awesome!! Hopefully sometime in the future. That's another good thing about it- it will always be there!0
