UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! I really thought I had lost weight this week. Put on some jeans since it was cooler and they zipped up so easily and even had some extra room. But... got on the scale for weigh-in this morning and I had actually gained 1 pound. Now I am a bit scared - we will be on a trip for the next 2 weeks!0

I know exactly how you feel! I read all the posts with people loosing 1-2 pounds a week but that is soooo very hard for me to do. I am sporadic with my weight loss too. In fact this week, I actually gained 1 pound and have no clue how that happened. My diary says I was under calorie count most of the days.0
