Woots, first one to post.
Lost the 1kg i gained, plus 1in overall. Getting there slowly.. NOW, to get the eating clean part down. *war face*

I am up 2 lbs from the 1st weigh in but I think its muscle gain. My workouts are going great. I am thinking of cutting my carbs more and upping protein to see if I can get this fat off.0

Hi there. Well I havent dropped much weight, but Im getting my exercise on track, and have completed my 5k. Im also nearly finished my 5x50 challenge too! here are my new measurements!

Another bad week for exercise. I only got in one session in the pool and 1 in the weight room (both Monday morning). I'm pretty happy with how I've been doing food wise. Aside from a pack of M&M's and a pack of Goldfish crackers my food has all been put together at home (no takeout or frozen dinners).
Work has been dominating my time and the extra time at my desk has caused some back pain to flare up. I'm looking into some stretching exercises I can do to help with the pain. It's not cardio or weights like I want but it's something I can do at home that will help in the long run.

(note: I always step on my digital scale three times to make sure I get a consistent read-out... I got two weights & went with the higher this morning)

thoughts: it's not MUCH... but since it's a loss, I'll take it. I've been rehabbing a hamstring injury and unable to run for 3 weeks, but I've got the green light to take on shorter distances this week, so I'm going to give it a shot!
Here's hoping for a more productive October-November....0
