Stationary cycling miles so far this week: 90.34 (hope to knock out another 10 after dinner)0 -
Early morning ride of 25.6km/15.9mi taking my total to 100km/62.1mi (25.0%).
Added 25.4km/15.8mi to my total. Now standing at 125.4km/77.9mi (31.2%).
Exercise is going to have to take a back seat for a while, as booked on a training course next week so won't have my bike with me. Hopefully will get a few miles of walking in, but will just bank those as bonus miles as my target is for cycling.

Was more successful this week, completed 18 miles this week with a total of 23 miles for the month.....47 miles left to go!!!0

so far 26 miles.. had to stop running due to a knee injury but have been cycling to make up for it... been kind of slacking this past week but tomorrow I better cycle and if I'm feeling it, I'm going to test run, running again lol on Monday... (even though I've been told to wait til Nov.. it's killing me)0

I've had a rough start with a crazy first half of the month and nursing a pulled leg muscle so my total for the month so far is 24.77 miles with 45.23 miles to go til I get my goal for Oct.
I am feeling a lot better pain wise so i still think that i can make it to my goal.0 -
