    Weighed in and down 3.9lbs this week. Happy now nearly half a stone gone in 3 weeks.

    Down to 15 stone on the nose this morning, I was getting a bit concerned as it seem d to have stuck for a few days, but it has all come good today

    I've just found the spreadsheet so have added my name to it - was tracking on my own at home (d'oh)
