    Gained one pound this week. In-laws were visiting for the weekend so lots of eating out. :sad:

    Still have a couple weeks to lose 4.4 pounds for my 6 pounds goal. I'm hoping I'll get rid of the water weight in the next couple days from eating out this weekend and will lose some extra weight by next weeks weigh-in.

    OUCHHHHHHHHHHH! I'm having a really hard time figuring out what is going on over the past few weeks. I was going along really well and then bam out of nowhere I have these weeks where I exercise, I stay under calories etc. etc. and yet I go up and down. It's like a darn rollercoaster that I want off of. SIGH. I keep reminding myself stay focused, keep going and it will work itself out but it sure is frustrating.

    Sometimes we need to eat more calories to drop the weight. You could add a little, 150-200, 0r 200-250, for a week with exercise to see what happens. Just a thought.
