Hey Everyone!
This weeks challenge is to be physically active for 14 hours. It is recommended to get in at least 20 minutes per day, right? Well we are going to up that to 2 hours a day. I think we all can push ourselves a little bit more! For this challenge, as long as you are moving and you are breaking a sweat, it counts!
This week I may not be able to participate in the challenge because I pulled something in my upper inner thigh on my left leg while using the leg press, 235 lbs., not even at my heaviest! I Iced it last night and slept with my leg elevated (as I was told). I am going to the gym tonight, so I am not sure how much cardio I will be able to do with a hurt leg BUT I will try my hardest to get in as much time as I can!!

Holy moly, 14 hours? This one will be tough because I have to work this weekend & my in-laws are visiting. And my Giants are in the playoffs lol. I'll do my best though!0

It's only Monday and I'm almost a third of the way there :laugh:
I just finished an 11 mile walk in about 4 hours, so I guess that leaves me with 10 more hours of activity to go. Ahhh...just when I thought I was done for the week :noway:0 -

I am failing miserably! I've only got an hour in between yesterday & today. I was going to do a 6 mile run after bootcamp, but of course it was leg day. I took a quick lap around the strip mall it's located in and I got a huge calf cramp. There was no way I could run. I suck this week lol!0

I am DETERMINED to complete at least ONE of the Monday Challenges (even if it kills me).

Hate to say it, but I'm out this week. Being sick is not helping my motivation. Sticking to my 1200 calorie meal plan and walking Leon, my yorkie, in the morning.0

Forgot to post yesterday, but I did 2 hours. I just did 3 hours today, so that is 11 hours WTD; 3 to go. If I pound it out tomorrow, I will definitely take the weekend off!0
