Doing well! I've lost 5 pounds since I joined the group in August. The food tracker works really well & doesn't let me avoid the truth of how eating a few extra calories here & there really add up. I also love seeing how my workouts directly translate to extra calories burned!0

Nice job on the weight loss mwilliams. I have lost and gained the same 4 pounds so many times. Really struggling with being honest with what I eat. (I love logging in the exercise though.) Need to get some accountablility. Also need to suck it up and just do it. Any suggestions?0

It's really been due to using the app to be accountable for what I put in my mouth every day. I find that tracking everything I eat in my food diary has helped me recognize how many extra (& empty!) calories & was eating. As a result I've been more conscious of my choices, & over the past 2 months I've just cut back a little of that extra stuff & boosted my exercise a little more too. The weight loss has been slow (1 lb every 2 weeks or so) but steady. Little changes really do add up!0
