I started tonight and honestly, I dont think this is for me... wayyyyy too fast, and I couldnt get one movement right.... I think I will do kettlebell workouts instead0

Nooooo - try the new to workout - it will help breakdown the combinations. As long you are moving you are getting a workout - trust me it will get better0
