How is the first few workouts going - Fire 15 down - now going to do some strength training. Keep pushing play everyone

  • I started tonight and honestly, I dont think this is for me... wayyyyy too fast, and I couldnt get one movement right.... I think I will do kettlebell workouts instead
  • Nooooo - try the new to workout - it will help breakdown the combinations. As long you are moving you are getting a workout - trust me it will get better

  • Today was my rest day but I did core 20 instead. holy moly did I ever feel it!!
